Common questions
Does LexLINQ offer annual billing?
No. Essential and Professional subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
Do the displayed prices include GST?
No. Public plan prices are business prices in AUD and GST is added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused Subscription Credits reset at monthly renewal. Prepaid Credits cost $0.30 + GST each, remain available through subscription renewals, and are used after Subscription Credits.
What happens when a plan changes?
An upgrade applies immediately and adds the package credit difference multiplied by the remaining-period proportion; the new fee starts next billing period. A downgrade takes effect next billing period and does not reduce current-period credits.
How is Team pricing calculated?
Team pricing is customised according to team size, Usage Credit capacity, onboarding, and rollout requirements.
